One week ago we ended the spring retreat in Pergola, Italy. We were hosted by genuine, loving, caring, creative, thoughtful, inspiring and fantastic Hannes and Maria, in a gem of a place, and we were spoiled with the tastiest and healthiest meals.

I love that during a Nobody’s Dance retreat we really live together, and enjoy living together. We are small groups and by the deep work we do together - remembering our True Nature - the Oneness that we are - and by sometimes going through deep cleansing processes of what is not our True Nature, we truly experience how much we are the same, more than we are separate. I indulge in surrendering to the love I experience for each participant in their unique expression of life, and I am moved by seeing how everybody connects to everybody. “We are family” someone said, and it really feels like that for me too. In a family we see all kinds of personalities and there is also a common ground, something that we share. It’s our True Nature of course, that we share, the Love that we are before anything else.

So, we live together when do retreats. We go for swims and for hikes, we chat and we dance, we cry and we laugh, we love and we care.
