In the wonderful region of Le Marche, five days of being together, of remembering our true essence. Two hours of Nobody’s Dance practice in the morning, one hour of guided meditation in the afternoon. Yin or Nidra Yoga in the evening. Time to rest and to connect to nature, to read and write, to hike, to work in the garden, to enjoy, to play.
A retreat with Zoe is for you if you feel a deep call to find who you truly are. You already did some self-inquiry and like to take it a step further. You long for truth and you sense that your true nature is freedom. You want to do this retreat because you are committed to realizing yourself.
If the weather allows for it, we do the morning meditation outside. Bring comfortable clothes for every season. The other sessions we will do in the very beautiful studio of this place.
We stay with beautiful and caring hosts. Hannes and Maria have created a paradise for their guests. There is a swimming pond, a huge organic vegetable garden, olives trees … all taken care of with love and good taste.
